Fifth Wall Properties was born out of a combination of a mid-life crisis and a burning desire to reconnect with creativity by the founder (ie me) .. Indeed having left a 20+ year career in international finance during which doing up properties had been a hobby, and graduating from the KLC School of Design in 2020, I embarked on an exciting new path in the design and build industry.

Design process
Here at Fifth Wall we believe very much in a concept-driven design process. In essence, this means working closely with our clients to understand what exactly makes them tick. It’s not just about choosing a style they like or a colour but getting a clear picture of what they love (or equally hate !) doing, where they love going, and their day-to-day schedules. Through this process, we are able to derive a concept that in turn will drive the design outcome…
